Questions about this item

About 2.2 to 3.1 in. The snowman and candy cane are the tallest at about 3.1 in, and the house and mitten are about 2.6 in.

Set 1: gingerbread man, snowflake, tree, snowman, candy cane. Set 2: gingerbread man, candy cane, tree, mitten, stocking. Set 3: snowman, candy cane, reindeer, mitten, bell. Set 4: snowflake, tree, snowman, house, reindeer.

About 1/4 in is a good balance. Thinner ornaments can warp as they dry, and thicker ones get heavy on a branch.

Dust the edge with a little cornstarch, press straight down, and wiggle gently before lifting. Push the shape out with a fingertip rather than pulling it.

No. These are larger shapes sold in sets of 5, which suits bigger ornaments. The 12 piece set has more, smaller shapes.

About this tool

Big, simple holiday shapes are the easiest clay ornaments to make: roll a slab, cut, poke a hanging hole and let them dry flat. These stainless steel cutters are a good size for ornaments you can actually see on the tree, with enough room to add texture or a stamped name.

5 stainless steel cutters per set, about 2.2 to 3.1 in
Set 1: gingerbread man, snowflake, tree, snowman, candy cane
Set 2: gingerbread man, candy cane, tree, mitten, stocking
Set 3: snowman, candy cane, reindeer, mitten, bell
Set 4: snowflake, tree, snowman, house, reindeer

Sold as baking cutters. Once they have been used on clay, keep them for clay only.
