Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

What shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders of $30 or more.
• $5.95 flat rate on orders under $30.

When your order arrives

Every product page shows an estimated delivery window for US addresses, and checkout shows the estimate for your order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If your order includes several tools, they may arrive in separate packages.

We email you updates (and text, if you choose) as your order moves.

Free 30-day returns

Not the right tool? You can return it within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free.

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like to return.
2. We will send you return instructions. Return shipping is on us.
3. Once your return arrives, we refund your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong items

If an order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We will make it right, at no cost to you.
