Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $30 or more. Orders under $30 have a $5.95 flat shipping charge.
How long will my order take?
Each product page shows an estimated delivery window for US addresses, and checkout shows the estimate for your order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Will I know when my order ships?
Yes. We email you updates (and text, if you choose) as your order moves.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Orders with several tools can ship separately, so pieces of one order may arrive on different days.
What payment methods do you accept?
Debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to keep your order history in one place.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will make it right at no cost to you.
What is your return policy?
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions; return shipping is on us, and your refund goes back to your original payment method once the return arrives. See Shipping & Returns.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will tell you what can still be changed.
Are product sizes accurate?
We list sizes in inches from the supplier's measurements and check them against the product photos. Hand-measured sizes can vary slightly, so allow a little tolerance for tight fits.
Which tools should a beginner buy first?
A cutting wire, sponge, needle tool, wooden rib, metal scraper and a loop or ribbon tool cover most first projects. Our pottery tool kits bundle these, and the guide Essential pottery tools for beginners explains each one.
Can I ask a question about a specific tool?
Yes. Every product page has a Questions section where you can search answers or ask your own.
