Information we use

When you place an order, we use your name, email address, delivery and billing details, order contents, and your mobile phone number if you give one, to process payment, arrange fulfillment, keep tax and accounting records, send your receipt and order updates, and help with questions. An email address is required with every order, for your receipt and shipping updates. A phone number is optional: add one for order texts, or to see the order when you sign in with that number. If you create an account, we keep your order history and account details so you can return to them. Customer accounts have no passwords: you sign in with a code texted to your phone.

Phone number and text messages

A mobile phone number is optional. If you give one, we use it for your receipt and questions about your delivery, and to connect the order to your account. Your phone number is how you sign in: we text a one-time code each time you ask for one, and use it only to confirm that the number is yours. If you check out as a guest and later sign in or create an account with the same number, your earlier guest orders (and any punch-card credit) are added to that account. Please check your number at checkout: an order placed with a mistyped number would be added to the account of whoever owns that number.

If you choose order and shipping texts at checkout, we text updates about that order. We do not send promotional texts. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone for their marketing. Our text-message provider processes the number only to deliver the messages you asked for. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop order texts, or HELP for help, or email us. Your number stays on your account so you can sign in; you can change it in your account details or through account support.

Email

Email is required with every order. We use it for receipts and order updates, and for studio offers only if you ask for them. We send a confirmation link before adding an email to your account. Email is never used to sign in.

Who helps us run the store

We share the information needed for each task with payment providers, delivery and fulfillment partners, and services that host or protect this site. Our email and text-message services may process your address or number and message delivery details when we send receipts, account messages, or other requested mail. A supplier may receive the delivery information needed to ship an item to you.

Marketing email

Order and account emails are separate from promotional email. We add you to our promotional list only when you check an optional signup box or submit a separate promotional form. We honor unsubscribe requests, and every promotional email will include an unsubscribe option.

Cookies and account access

The site uses cookies and similar session storage to keep your cart, account login, and checkout working. If you log in, your account lets you view orders and update details. Our store administrators can access order and account details to provide support.

Keeping and updating information

We keep order and account information as needed to fulfill purchases, answer questions, and meet recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us about access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at [email protected]. Some order records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
